Unlimited Virtual RV Appointment Subscription – Terms & Condition

Description of Service

The Unlimited Virtual RV Appointment Subscription provides customers with access to virtual RV troubleshooting, maintenance guidance, and related support services via phone or video call. The plan includes:

Unlimited virtual appointments during the subscription period

Same day appointment availability (subject to scheduling capacity)

Maintenance reminders and seasonal checklists

15% discount on in person repair services when recommended following a virtual appointment

Priority email support What if we gave them access to over 32GB of service manuals they can search through. Manuals would be posted on web page with a account access? Find out copy right legality

Subscription Term & Fees

The Subscription is valid for 12 months from the purchase date.

The annual fee is $350, payable upfront or through approved monthly payment options.

Prices are subject to change at renewal, with notice provided at least 30 days in advance.

All fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.

If a monthly payment is missed or not successfully processed, the customer’s access to all Subscription services will be suspended until the account is paid in full and up to date.

Missed payments do not extend the Subscription term or qualify for time credit or refunds.

Appointment Scheduling

Appointments can be scheduled online, via email, or by phone.

Same day appointments are subject to availability.

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have adequate internet connectivity and access to a video capable device for virtual sessions.

Scope of Support

Our technicians provide virtual troubleshooting and maintenance guidance only.

The Company does not perform repairs remotely and cannot guarantee that every issue can be resolved virtually.

If an in person service is required, you’ll receive a 15% discount on the repair service provided directly by Caliber RV Inspection and Service LLC,

Discounts are not applicable for third party or partner repair services unless explicitly stated.

Limitations of Liability

The Company is not responsible for any damage, loss, or injury resulting from Customer actions based on virtual guidance.

The Service is advisory in nature and does not replace professional inspection or repair when required.

The Company’s total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the amount paid for the Subscription.

Cancellations & Renewals

You may cancel your plan at any time; however, no prorated refunds will be issued for unused months.

Subscriptions automatically expire at the end of the 12 month term. Renewal notices will be sent prior to expiration.

Use Restrictions

Subscription benefits are limited to the registered RV owner and one RV per subscription.

Sharing account access or transferring the plan to another individual or vehicle is prohibited.

Privacy Policy

All customer data, appointment records, and contact information are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The Company does not sell or share customer information with third parties without consent.

Changes to Terms

The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
